The water line is composed of separate rinsing, filling and capping units. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water in big jars, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.

  • Bottle Air Conveyor

    • Bottle infeed by combination of air conveyor and infeed starwheel.
    • Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
  • Rinser

    • The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
    • The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company.
    • This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position,
      Avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
    • The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
    • All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
    • The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
    • Made of stainless steel of superior quality.

  • Transfer Starwheel

    • The material is super-corrosion stainless steel ,the wheel has block bottle protect device.
  • Filler

    • The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within ±2mm.
    • The filling valve material is SUS304
    • The filling is controlled by turbine flowmeter.
    • Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it starts to fill.
    • Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
  • Screw Capper

    • Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows.
    • Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. II) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.
    • Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
    • Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
    • The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
    • Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
    • A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
  • Discharge Starwheel

    • Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.
    • Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
  • Bottle Flat Conveyor

    • Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.
    • Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.
  • Machine Frame

    • The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.
    • Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.
    • The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
    • The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.
  • Electrical control system

    • The electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 Unit.

Control System

The electronic components like PLC and transducer are from Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.

Working Procedure

  • 01

    Equipment adjustment

     

    The equipment has been adjusted before leaving the factory, but after long distance transportation or long time operation, the fasteners may loose and cause the processes to be out of sync, etc., so the equipment needs to be adjusted. In addition, when the user changes the bottle type or cap type production, it is also necessary to adjust the equipment.

    Only professional operators can adjust the equipment. When adjusting, be sure to follow the safety operation rules and check before proceeding.

  • 02

    Filling

    The bottle holder device is in the lowest position, the filling card plate is the same height as the star wheel plate, and the bottle plate is just stuck in the bottleneck. The bottle holder device starts to rise with its roller running on the guide rail of the lifting CAM group, and the bottle rises with it. The upper end of the bottle mouth presses the protective cushion plate of the filling valve, the pressure spring is compressed, the sliding body slides upward, and the filling valve is opened. The liquid is filled under its own gravity.

  • 03

    Finish the filling

    After the filling is completed, the bottle holder starts to drop according to the curve of the guide rail, and the bottle mouth also detach from the filling valve.

  • 04

    Transfer to capping

    The filling valve closes itself under the action of the pressure spring. When the bottle holder device drops to the lowest position, the bottle detach from the filling card plate and enter between the 3# card plate and the 3# upper shape plate. In the same way, the 3# card plate, 3# star wheel and 3# upper shape plate act together to transfer the filling bottle to the capping machine.

  • 05

    Capping

    The capping card plate and the bottle guard plate are the same height as the star wheel plate, and the bottle plate is stuck in the bottleneck, rotating around the capping machine according to the bottle guard plate, and the capping head realizes the process of grasping and capping.
