  If I want to buy a machine, what information do I need to tell you, do you need from me?

  1.You need to specify the type of your beverage, such as beer, carbonated drinks, juice, tea, wine, etc. 2.The information of your bottles, such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, PE bottles, PP bottles, aluminum bottles, and cans,and volume 250ml, 330ml, 500ml, 750ml, etc? 3.The production capacity you require can be achieved with our beverage production lines ranging from 500 to 48,000 BPH. We can customize the products according to your specific needs. 4.Voltage and factory workshop layout(We also can help you to drawing the layout). 5.Do you need just a part of the equipment such as the pre-processing machine, bottle blowing machine, filling machine, labeling machine, or film packaging machine, or would you like a quotation for the entire line?

  How about the Safe package and defective and broken questions?

  For the orders, we package each piece of wood without fumigation, ensure its safety during transportation, and take photos and videos for archiving.

  What services do we offer after the machine is completed?

  Once the machine is completed according to your requirements, we will notify you 20 days before the machine is delivered, asking you to prepare the sample bottles for debugging. You can also ask us to purchase the sample bottles for you to ensure that the machine can operate stably before shipment. We will send you the on-site video of the machine's operation. After you confirm, we will pack your machine and arrange for shipment.

  If our bottle size changes, can we just do some adjustment on machine according to our new bottle?

  The after-sale service

  24months warranty. solve basic questions by telephone, email, whatsapp, wechat and video call. Engineer will go to buyer's factory to install, test machines, and train buyer's staff how to operate, maintain machines. Operating manuals will be sent with machine or by email. We also have overseas agent in different market.

  The machines produced by your company be branded with my own logo?
