Russia Customer Story

The Tatspirprom Group was founded in 1883 and has a history of over 130 years. It has now grown into the largest vodka and alcohol producer in Russia. This century-old enterprise is located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
Tatspirprom has long been involved in the food industry. In 2017, it planned to build a medium-sized beverage factory in Mamadesh, the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of 2017, Tatspirprom purchased two carbonated beverage production lines from Rachel Company. One of them is a 5-gallon water line as follows:
A 12,000 bottle per hour 500 ml PET carbonated beverage production line, including DCGF32-32-10 filling machine, two 6000BPH blowers, 10T water treatment equipment, hot melt adhesive labeling machine, two automatic shrink packaging machines.
A 6,000 bottle per hour glass bottle carbonated beverage production line, including DCGF18-18-6 filling machine, 6000BPH cold paste labeling machine, L-type semi-automatic film wrapping machine.
A 300 barrel per hour pure water production line, including a QGF-300 barrel line, self-adhesive labeling machine, bagging machine, and palletizing machine.
All three production lines are installed in Mamadesh, the Republic of Tatarstan. The three production lines have been put into production and are running well.
