10L PET Bottled Beer Filler
In October 2025, our Rachel Machine successfully completed the 10L beer PET filling machine. From the time the order was placed by the domestic customer until the machine was completed, it took 3 months. During the hot and sweltering summer, we were working around the clock to ensure the production for our customers. Time is money, and efficiency is the guarantee of wealth.
This machine is equipped with SEW frequency converter, Siemens PLC, Schneider electrical components, etc. The feeding system is made with high-end brands such as SAMSON control valves. The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel. The filling valve uses semi-electronic control valves to accurately control the beer level, ensuring high precision in each bottle filling. Since it is a 10 PET bottle, the machine is huge in size. To facilitate transportation, it adopts a split structure, consisting of the rinsing bottle – filling part – capping three sections. The production capacity of 10 PET bottles of beer reaches 2000 BPH, which is suitable for the rapidly growing beer market in China.
